Jess Levith, MFTi

Jess Levith, MFTi

Welcome. I’m Jess.

You’ve already begun on your path to recovery simply by reaching out for support. Seeking a therapist is not easy. Sometimes, it takes a few tries and a bit of time to find the right fit for you. I truly value the courage and vulnerability it takes to ask for help.

I believe all of us are unique in our emotional complexity, and that no one is inherently broken. I strive to cultivate self-appreciation, self-respect, and self-love for this uniqueness. Having a fully present therapist hear what you’re struggling with is one of the most vital parts of therapy, and one of the pillars of my practice.

My hope is to offer a warm, unconditionally supportive setting, a place where you feel safe bringing your challenges. From there we can work collaboratively on helping you reach your ultimate potential. My approach is non-judgmental, direct but warm, and genuine. I’m here to keep you moving forward.
