  • My fee is $200 per 50-minute session.

  • I am “out-of-network” and do not directly bill insurance companies. However, I can provide you with a monthly superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

    Please verify with your insurance that they cover “out-of-network, outpatient, mental health services”.

  • I do offer a sliding scale on a case by case basis if we are a good match to work together. Please schedule a free consultation so we can get acquainted and discuss a fee that would work for both of us.

  • The initial consultation is a chance for us to meet and decide if we are a good match to work together. I will listen to your goals, share my impressions and give you a sense of how I can help you. There is no obligation to continue. If you would like to continue we will agree on a weekly session time and move forward.

  • We will converse via video using my confidential online platform. Please find a quiet and private room for your session where you won’t be disturbed. If you are a couple, please be together in the same room for our session. I recommend you log in early to download the app and check your internet connection and sound so our time together can be focused and productive.

  • Right now I’m available during daytime hours from 9-3pm on weekdays.

    Please see send me a message requesting referrals if you’d like to find a therapist who’s schedule may be a better match.

  • Please contact me and let me know that you’d like to be added to my waiting list. Be sure to indicate two days and times that you are available for weekly session. I will do my best to find a spot for you as soon as something opens up!
