What do you charge for therapy?
My fee is $180 for weekly online, individual and couples therapy.
Do you accept insurance?
I am “out-of-network” and do not directly bill insurance companies. However, I can provide you with a monthly superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Please verify with your insurance that they cover “out-of-network, outpatient, mental health services”.
Do you offer a sliding scale?
I don’t currently offer a sliding scale. However, I am happy to send you referrals that may be a good match for your budget.
What happens during an initial consultation?
The initial consultation is a chance for us to meet and decide if we are a good match to work together. I will listen to your goals, share my impressions and give you a sense of how I can help you. There is no obligation to continue. If you would like to continue we will agree on a weekly session time and move forward.
How does online therapy work?
We will converse via video using my confidential online platform. Please find a quiet and private room for your session where you won't be disturbed. If you are a couple, please be together in the same room for our session. I recommend you log in early to download the app and check your internet connection and sound so our time together can be focused and productive.
I am only available for therapy in the evenings after 4pm. Are you available then?
I currently only offer sessions from 9-4pm on Tuesdays and Thursday.
I don’t see any available sessions that work for me on your online scheduler?
Please contact me and let me know that you’d like to be added to my waiting list. Be sure to indicate two days and times that you are available for weekly session. I will do my best to find a spot for you as soon as something opens up!
